目的　總結內鏡治療梗阻性黃疸的臨床應用價值。
方法　復習近年來國內、外有關內鏡治療梗阻性黃疸方面的文獻并進行綜述。
結果　內鏡治療膽管結石和膽道手術術后膽管狹窄可以達到外科手術同樣的結果；通過內鏡治療可以明確膽管腫瘤和壺腹周圍病變的性質。
結論　內鏡是治療梗阻性黃疸安全、有效的方法。
