目的探討galectin-3和CD105在結直腸癌組織中的表達及其與臨床病理特征的關系。方法應用微波-EliVisionTM免疫組織化學染色技術檢測60例結直腸癌、30例結直腸腺瘤及30例結直腸正常黏膜組織（遠離癌組織4 cm以上）中galectin-3蛋白和CD105蛋白的表達〔以微血管密度（MVD）反映CD105蛋白的表達〕，分析其與結直腸癌臨床病理特征的關系。結果galectin-3蛋白表達陽性率和MVD在結直腸正常黏膜、腺瘤至癌組織中逐漸升高，差異有統計學意義(P lt;0.05)。兩者均與結直腸癌的TNM分期、浸潤深度及淋巴結轉移有關(P lt;0.05，P lt;0.01)，且galectin-3蛋白表達還與腫瘤的分化程度有關(P lt;0.05)。結直腸癌組織中galectin-3蛋白的表達與MVD呈正相關(r=0.420，P lt;0.01)。結論galectin-3和CD105蛋白的表達與結直腸癌高侵襲能力和淋巴結轉移有一定關系，可作為預測結直腸癌浸潤、轉移的潛在敏感指標。
