目的總結甲狀腺手術理念的進展以及新型手術器械在甲狀腺手術中的應用。方法通過查閱文獻,總結分析相關文獻內容。結果全甲狀腺切除術逐漸成為治療甲狀腺分化癌或甲狀腺多發結節的首選治療方式,甲狀腺手術技術從保護喉返神經向保護甲狀旁腺轉變,超聲刀、雙極電凝、Ligasure等新型手術器械在甲狀腺手術中的應用,縮短手術時間,減少術中出血量。結論甲狀腺手術理念和技術均有了新的轉變,全甲狀腺切除和甲狀旁腺的保護越來越受到重視,新的手術器械的應用也越來越廣泛。
