改良腹膜外間隙的建立行腹腔鏡完全腹膜外疝修補術的體會_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的　探討采用卵圓鉗分離建立腹膜外間隙的腹腔鏡完全腹膜外疝修補術（TEP）的臨床應用體會和經驗。
方法　筆者所在醫院2007年8月至2011年7月期間在硬膜外麻醉下采用卵圓鉗分離建立腹膜外間隙對117例患者行免釘合改良TEP。
結果　117例患者中行TEP 114例，中轉腹腔鏡腹膜前疝修補術（TAPP）3例。手術時間38～196min，平均單側58.6min，雙側106.5min。住院時間2～10d，平均4.2d。主要并發癥為陰囊積液或血清腫11例（9.4％），陰囊積氣8例（6.8％），無其他并發癥發生。隨訪時間12個月，無復發及腹股溝區慢性疼痛等遠期并發癥發生。
結論　卵圓鉗分離建立腹膜外間隙的TEP是安全可行和經濟實用的。
