進展期胃癌術中應用氟尿嘧啶緩釋劑間質化療的臨床療效_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的　評價進展期胃癌根治術中植入5-FU緩釋劑間質化療的臨床療效和安全性。
方法　102例進展期胃癌患者（術前均經胃鏡和病理檢查確診）隨機分為治療組和對照組，各51例。2組均行D2根治術，治療組在手術結束時局部植入5-FU緩釋劑進行間質化療，術后4周進行6個周期常規化療；對照組術中不進行腹腔內干預性治療，術后化療方案同治療組。
結果　2組患者的腹腔引流量、白細胞水平、白蛋白水平及消化道不良反應方面的差異均無統計學意義（P＞0.05）；中位隨訪時間為28個月，治療組腫瘤局部復發率低于對照組（16.3% 比 39.1%，P＜0.05），治療組術后3年的總生存率高于對照組（85.8% 比 67.3%，P＜0.05）。
結論　進展期胃癌行D2根治術時植入5-FU緩釋劑進行間質化療無明顯不良反應，能減少局部復發率，提高患者生存率，是治療胃癌行之有效的方法。
