目的　探討干細胞標志物三磷酸腺苷結合盒超家族G家族第2個成員（ATP-binding cassette superfamily G member 2，ABCG2）在人肝癌細胞株中的表達及其與肝癌耐藥的關系，觀察人肝癌細胞株中ABCG2陽性表達和陰性表達細胞的功能差異。
方法　流式細胞儀檢測ABCG2在人肝癌細胞株PLC/PRF/5、7402、7701及7721中的陽性表達，計算5-氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）、阿霉素的半數抑制濃度（IC50）值。采用免疫熒光染色觀察ABCG2在肝癌7721細胞株中的表達，并進行無菌流式分選，觀察ABCG2陽性表達與ABCG2陰性表達的肝癌7721細胞的功能差異。
結果　在4種肝癌細胞株中7721細胞株ABCG2表達陽性率最高（P＜0.05），且流式細胞圖中陽性表達和陰性表達細胞呈明顯雙峰。5-FU、阿霉素對7721細胞株的IC50值明顯高于其他3種細胞株，除與5-FU對7701細胞的IC50值差異無統計學意義（P＞0.05）外，其余比較差異均有統計學意義（P＜0.05）。分選后的ABCG2陽性表達細胞與陰性表達細胞的增殖差異無統計學意義（P＞0.05）；ABCG2陽性表達細胞較陰性表達細胞更多處于相對靜止期（P＜0.05）。
結論　ABCG2在人多種肝癌細胞株中均表達，ABCG2表達陽性率越高的細胞較表達陽性率越低的細胞更具有耐藥性，ABCG2陽性表達細胞處于相對靜止期。
