地佐辛聯合咪達唑侖在大隱靜脈射頻閉合術中的臨床應用_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的　研究地佐辛＋咪達唑侖在大隱靜脈射頻閉合術中的鎮靜作用，并觀察其對生命體征的影響以及不良反應的發生情況。
方法　選取60例行大隱靜脈射頻閉合術患者，根據麻醉方式分為芬太尼＋咪達唑侖組和地佐辛＋咪達唑侖組２組，每組30例。分別監測心率（HR）、動脈血氧飽和度（SpO2）、平均動脈壓（MAP），記錄用藥后5min和30min的鎮靜評分、生命體征以及術中不良反應的發生情況。
結果　給藥后5min和30min的鎮靜效果評分芬太尼＋咪達唑侖組分別為（2.95±0.14）分和（4.09±0.05）分，地佐辛＋咪達唑侖組分別為（3.16±0.09）分和（4.08±0.08）分，2組比較差異無統計學意義（P＞0.05）。2組給藥后5min和30min的HR、SpO2及MAP比較差異均無統計學意義（P＞0.05）；與給藥前（0min）比較，差異也無統計學意義（P＞0.05）。
2組患者鎮靜良好，無躁動，均無一例發生呼吸抑制，僅芬太尼＋咪達唑侖組有4例發生嗆咳。
結論　芬太尼和地佐辛聯合咪達唑侖用于大隱靜脈射頻消融手術患者，鎮靜效果良好，對生命體征影響小，但地佐辛組無嗆咳，不良反應發生率更低。
