目的　總結分析胰腺次全切除聯合自體胰島細胞移植治療慢性胰腺炎的臨床療效。
方法　對1例全胰腺實質彌漫性病變及其他治療均失敗的慢性胰腺炎患者行胰腺次全切除聯合自體胰島細胞移植，并對隨訪3個月的資料進行總結與分析。
結果　患者術后恢復順利，無出血、無吻合口漏、無嚴重低血糖等并發癥發生，腹痛完全緩解，術后未使用任何鎮痛藥。隨訪期間患者空腹血糖及C 肽在正常水平，腹部超聲檢查未發現異常。
結論　胰腺次全切除聯合自體胰島細胞移植是治療全胰腺實質彌漫性病變及其他治療均失敗的慢性胰腺炎患者的理想方法，既能緩解患者的臨床癥狀，又最大程度地預防了外科性糖尿病的發生，即使術后移植胰島僅保留部分功能，但對于維持血糖的生理性平衡、減少糖尿病并發癥的發生尤其是致命性低血糖的發作是十分重要的。
