目的:尋找對腺病毒滅活的有效方法,來預防大規模生產腺病毒時所致的生產細胞的污染。方法:采用紫外線照射和不同濃度過氧乙酸的滅活方法滅活腺病毒,并將處理后的病毒加入到正常人胚腎293細胞中培養,觀察細胞是否出現病變作為滅活效果判斷標準。結果:我們發現一定強度紫外線照射至少2 h以上才能完全滅活腺病毒,過氧乙酸達到1 %的濃度和至少作用30 min,才能將完全病毒滅活。結論:紫外線照射2 h以上能有效滅活腺病毒,我們可以用于操作臺的腺病毒滅活;1%濃度的過氧乙酸作用30 min以上能有效將腺病毒滅活,我們可以運用于實驗室大空間的腺病毒滅活。
