目的:探討糖尿病合并化膿性膽管炎(acute obstructive suppurative cholangipis,AOSC)患者圍手術期護理方法。方法:回顧性分析我院2002 年1月至2008 年8 月收治的15 例糖尿病合并化膿性膽管炎患者的臨床資料。結果:本組2例術后傷口裂開,1例切口裂開膽道大出血死亡,3 例發生肺部感染,無低血糖休克病例,9例傷口愈合良好,按期拆線。結論:加強圍手術期的觀察和護理,對糖尿病合并化膿性梗阻性膽管炎患者的治療起著重要作用。
