目的:通過踝肱指數 (ABI)檢查,探討2型糖尿病患者下肢動脈病變 (PAD)的患病率及其影響因素。方法:采用血管多普勒診斷儀對120名 2型糖尿病患者進行 ABI測定,ABI lt;0. 9為 PAD組,ABI≥0. 9為非PAD組,分析比較2組患者的代謝參數。結果:檢出ABI lt;0.9者31例,占總例數的25. 8%。與非 PAD組比較, PAD組患者年齡大、病程長,餐后2h血糖、SBP 、DBP、TG、LDL  C、HbA1c均明顯升高,有顯著性差異 (P lt;0.05)。結論:ABI在診斷2型糖尿病下肢動脈病變中具有重要意義;年齡、病程、高 LDLC、高TG、高血糖、高血壓為下肢動脈病變的主要危險因素。
