目的：評價3%高滲鹽水(HS)治療重型顱腦損傷患者顱內高壓的有效性和安全性。方法:回顧性分析了37例重型顱腦損傷患者的臨床資料。結果:3% HS治療組患者ICP降低更為顯著,起效時間更快,持續時間更長。HS組患者MAP和CPP升高多于甘露醇組。治療后,HS患者低鈉血癥發生率明顯低于對照組。結論:3% HS可以考慮作為治療重型顱腦損傷患者顱內高壓的一線藥物。
