目的:探討預防性應用抗生素對肝硬化并發消化道出血預后的影響。方法:采用回顧性調查的研究方法,對肝硬化并發消化道出血共245 例應用抗生素情況及發生再次出血的關系進行分析。結果:預防性應用抗生素組82例1年內再出血23 例,占28.0 %;未用組163例1年內再出血77例,占47.2%,兩組比較1年內再次出血率差異有統計學意義( P lt; 0.05) 。結論:預防性應用抗生素可以減少肝硬化并消化道出血患者一年內再次出血率。
