目的:探討血清鈣與胰腺壞死的關系.方法:四川大學華西醫院中西醫結合科2003年9月~2005年3月收治的200例急性胰腺炎患者,根據CT結果分為壞死組和非壞死組,根據所有患者測得的血清鈣相應的真陽性率和假陽性率做出ROC曲線以預測胰腺壞死。結果:ROC曲線下面積為0.436。結論:血清鈣高低不能預測胰腺壞死。
