目的：探索肘關節恐怖三聯征的術后護理要點。方法：對我科收治的15名肘關節恐怖三聯征行手術治療的患者施行全面的術后護理，并進行6個月~ 4年的隨訪。結果：患者骨折均愈合，肘關節穩定，功能恢復滿意，患者生活質量滿意度高。結論：肘關節恐怖三聯征患者經過手術治療和術后的全面護理，對促進患者的肘關節功能康復、提高患者術后生活質量具有重要意義。
