輸卵管性不孕婦女生存質量的調查分析_《華西醫學》

目的：探討輸卵管性不孕婦女生存質量及其影響因素，并為輸卵管性不孕癥治療決策的選擇提供相應的依據。方法：采用生存質量測評量表SF-36對80名輸卵管性不孕婦女及80名已生育或妊娠的健康婦女進行了同期的橫斷面調查與比較。結果：輸卵管性不孕婦女的生存質量較正常健康婦女人群低，除了生理功能及軀體疼痛外，輸卵管性不孕婦女有關社會功能、生理問題對功能的限制、心理問題對功能的限制、心理健康、活力、健康的總體評價、健康變化程度等七個方面的主觀滿意度均較對照組低，差異有顯著意義(P lt;0.05)。患者的年齡、文化程度及居住環境對其生存質量有影響。結論：在治療不孕癥時，不應僅針對其病因治療，而且要重視心理和社會因素的作用，加強心理治療，重視健康教育，針對性地改善患者在精神、社會、心理等方面的主觀體驗，以促進不孕癥婦女生存質量的提高。
