【摘要】目的 探討益生菌治療在潰瘍性結腸炎（ulcerative colitis，UC）患者中的臨床應用效果。方法選取2007年8月-2009年12月47例活動期UC患者，隨機分為治療組和對照組，分別給予益生菌和5-氨基水楊酸治療，療程8周。監測治療期間患者的臨床癥狀和血清C反應蛋白（Creactive protein，CRP）水平。結果治療結束后兩組患者臨床癥狀均有緩解，CRP水平均明顯下降，兩組間無統計學意義（P gt;0.05）。結論益生菌治療UC可有效改善患者臨床癥狀和炎癥反應。
