目的  探討胎兒左心發育不良綜合征產前超聲診斷方法，提高診斷準確性。 方法  常規產前超聲檢查方法，應用四腔心切面和三血管氣管平面進行胎兒心臟畸形篩查。 結果  2006年1月-2008年12月發現4例左心發育不良綜合征，3例并發心內畸形（2例右室雙出口及1例室缺），1例并發心外畸形（Dandy-Walker畸形及單臍動脈）。 結論  應用四腔心切面和三血管氣管平面篩查心室發育不良簡單易行，準確性高。
