目的了解急性腦卒中患者的病理反射變化與病情變化的關系。方法 2007年3月-2009年2月對40例急性腦卒中患者進行雙下肢病理反射動態觀察，結合頭部影像學(CT、MRI)跟蹤，觀察其病情變化。結果所有患者病情有不同程度加重，影像學顯示腦水腫加重，雙下肢病理征陽性。結論急性腦卒中患者病理反射變化對病情判斷具有重要價值。
