【摘要】　通過對無痛病房概念、模式、管理及疼痛護理方式的全面闡述，指出無痛病房的建立，需要以醫護人員的共同參與和多學科的合作為基礎，需要有一套完善科學的管理制度、操作流程及評價體系為支撐，規范有效的疼痛護理方法與機制，是患者獲得疼痛治療與護理的重要保證。
