隨著肩關節影像學檢查及關節鏡技術的發展，肩關節上盂唇前后部損傷（SLAP）診斷率不斷提高，同時人們對SLAP損傷的發病機制、臨床表現、分類和治療等方面的認識也不斷深化。應用恰當的技術，SLAP損傷在關節鏡下能得到安全、有效的治療，絕大多數患者能恢復正常活動，甚至能恢復投擲運動。
