目的　總結多導睡眠監測的監測方法及護理要點。方法　2010年3月－2011年3月采用美國偉康多導睡眠呼吸監測儀對睡眠中心78例患者進行不少于7 h的整夜連續監測和護理。結果　76例患者順利完成監測，確診阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征73例（重度17例，中度31例，輕度25例），單純鼾癥3例。1例因環境陌生、導聯多無法入睡而監測失敗，另1例因鼻氣流導管脫落而監測失敗。結論　對癥有效的護理方法是多導睡眠監測得以順利完成的根本保證。
