目的　探討膠質母細胞瘤中基質金屬蛋白酶7（MMP-7）的表達及其與患者術后生存期之間相關性。方法　采用免疫組織化學法檢測60例膠質母細胞瘤組織標本中MMP-7的表達，統計分析其表達強弱與患者術后生存期之間的關系。結果　MMP-7在膠質母細胞瘤中總表達率為73.3%，強表達組生存期明顯短于弱表達組（χ2=7.043，P=0.008）。結論　MMP-7可以作為膠質母細胞瘤預后的重要因素之一。
