輕度認知功能障礙是介于正常老化和癡呆之間的一種臨床狀態，如何能夠早期相對準確并且及時地篩查出這種狀態，同時又不需要較高的醫療費用，各種認知功能障礙相關量表越來越受到重視，其中對蒙特利爾認知評估量表研究最多，同時應用最為廣泛，不同地區的醫療工作者做了大量的工作，以期其更加適合國內臨床工作初步篩查使用。現對國內相關研究進行綜述。
