目的　探討甲狀腺髓樣癌的超聲聲像圖特點，以提高超聲診斷水平。方法　回顧性分析2006年1月－ 2010年9月經手術切除及病理組織學證實的16例甲狀腺髓樣癌20個結節的超聲聲像圖表現。結果　 20個甲狀腺髓樣癌結節中，結節呈低回聲20個，結節內部有鈣化灶者13個，結節內血流豐富者13個，合并有甲狀腺乳頭狀微小癌1例，頸部淋巴結腫大17例。結論　甲狀腺髓樣癌具有一定的超聲聲像圖特點，了解這些特點可以提高超聲對甲狀腺髓樣癌的診斷水平。
