背景　廣元市410醫院于2003年2月、4月分兩批共收治6例SARS確診病人,至今已治愈5例,4月25日成為四川SARS定點醫院.
目的　評價SARS定點醫院防治費用及對醫院收入和運作的影響.方法:從定點醫院的觀點,以治愈率為臨床效果指標,回顧性評價SARS確診和疑似病人的治療費用,定點醫院總體防治的費用,SARS定點醫院對總體、醫療和藥品收入,門診和住院就診病人的影響.敏感性分析評價院內感染和治愈率的變化對費用的影響.
結果　5例確診,6例疑似病人均治愈.人均治療費用分別為7866和4273元,醫療費用分別為14983.86和5494.92元.除藥物支持治療外,其余各項費用在確診和疑似病人間無統計學意義.SARS定點醫院總體防治費用為174.45萬元.指定為定點醫院前后,醫院收入和門診、住院人數分別下降33.45%,43.62%和47.33%.
結論　SARS確診病人費用為14983.86元.定點醫院將明顯影響醫院收入和運作.
