曲唑酮治療廣泛性焦慮障礙的隨機對照雙盲試驗_《中國循證醫學雜志》

目的　評價曲唑酮與陽性對照藥阿普唑侖比較,治療廣泛性焦慮障礙的療效及其安全性.
方法　采用隨機對照試驗方法,將60例廣泛性焦慮障礙患者分成曲唑酮組(50～150 mg/d,30例)和阿普唑侖組(1.2～4 mg/d,30例),在3 d清洗期后,進入療程為4周的治療,采用SPSS 10.0統計包和意向性治療分析方法分析資料.
結果　曲唑酮組總有效率77%(23/30),阿普唑侖組總有效率70%(21/30),兩組療效差異無統計學意義(P＞0.05),其藥物不良反應兩組基本相當.兩組均沒有失訪.
結論　曲唑酮是一種有效、安全的抗焦慮藥物,有改善睡眠的作用,無潛在的依賴性,不良反應輕,主要表現為頭暈、食欲下降等.
