目的　評價牛黃降壓片治療原發性高血壓病(肝火亢盛證)的有效性和安全性,并與陽性對照藥牛黃降壓丸作等效性分析.
方法　選擇輕中度原發性高血壓病(肝火亢盛證)患者240例進行分層分段隨機、雙盲雙模擬、陽性藥平行對照、多中心的臨床等效性試驗.其中試驗組120例,給予牛黃降壓片,2片/次,每日2次,口服;對照組120例,給予牛黃降壓丸,1 丸/次,每日2次,口服.治療4周后,評價臨床有效性和安全性.
結果　兩組患者治療1周后血壓開始下降,第4周時試驗組舒張壓和收縮壓分別下降7 51mmHg和12.16mmHg,對照組分別下降7.53mmHg和12.45mmHg;兩藥降壓有效率分別為50.8%和54.9%;中醫證候有效率分別為45.6%和42 3%,對伴眩暈癥狀的患者降血壓的療效好.兩組等效性檢驗合格(P均＜0.05),臨床試驗中未發現明顯不良反應.
結論　牛黃降壓片對輕、中度高血壓患者,安全有效,作用平穩,與丸劑臨床療效相同.
