目前,我國已逐漸開展對上市后藥物的不良反應監測,并開始重視其對患者生存質量、患者死亡率等指標的影響.已獲上市批準的中藥中,有很多在不良反應的發現和管理上存在時滯現象,且在臨床有效性和安全性方面存在一定問題.對中藥上市后的再評價,需要有效、規范的評價體系.循證藥物評價運用循證醫學的理念,結合臨床流行病學、系統評價、衛生技術評估等手段,評價新藥和上市后藥物的臨床有效性、安全性、經濟性和適用性,對我國中藥的現代化與國際化進程具有重要作用.
