目的　了解農村醫療機構過度使用注射的嚴重程度及其對處方費用的影響.
方法　本文以我國中西部9省市農村基層衛生服務機構為對象,對鄉村兩級基層醫療機構用藥處方進行分析.
結果　我國中西部農村醫療機構的處方注射使用率為25.8%～62.2%,平均值為45.1%,顯著高于WHO標準(13.4%～24.1%),濫用注射情況嚴重;濫用注射導致處方費用增加,過度使用注射與基層衛生機構所在地的經濟水平有關,也和衛生機構自身的規模和提供的醫療衛生服務量有關.
結論　建議政府衛生部門加強管理,制定相應的政策和措施,加強醫護人員的培訓,加強群眾的健康教育,結合實際探討農村地區行之有效的注射管理模式,減少濫用注射.
