各國都有自己的臨床指南,用于規范醫療行為,中國亦在建立自已的臨床指南.然而,從全世界多年的臨床指南使用情況看,并未達到應有的指導效果.循證醫學的發展,給指南的制定帶來了根本性的轉變,以證據為基礎建立循證臨床指南已在世界迅速興起.作者根據蘇格蘭制定國家循證指南的經驗,對循證指南的建立原則進行了探討,以供國內同事參考.
