中醫藥治療絕經綜合征的臨床證據_《中國循證醫學雜志》

目的　總結國內外有關中醫藥治療絕經綜合征的系統評價 / Meta 分析證據，了解其療效和安全性。
方法　以“更年期綜合征、絕經綜合征、圍絕經期綜合征” 和“中醫、中藥、中醫藥”和“系統評價、Meta 分析、循證醫學”為檢索詞，檢索 Cochrane 圖書館（2006 年第 4 期）、MEDLINE（1991 ～ 2006）、OVID（1990 ～ 2006）、中國生物醫學文獻光盤（1990 ～ 2006）、中文科技期刊數據庫（1989 ～ 2006）、中國學術期刊全文數據庫（1979 ～ 2006）。查找有關中醫藥治療絕經綜合征的系統評價/Meta 分析。
結果　外文數據庫共檢索到 4 篇，中文數據庫共檢索到 2 篇，均為中醫藥治療絕經綜合征的系統評價 /Meta 分析，對 6篇文獻進行歸納和總結。
結論　中醫藥治療絕經綜合征有一定的療效，且安全性較高。但由于國外研究多為單味藥研究，且研究數量偏少；國內研究的原始文獻質量偏低等原因，降低了上述結論的可靠性，因此目前中醫藥對于絕經綜合征的療效及安全性的證據尚不夠充分，尚需更嚴謹科學的試驗以提供可靠性高的證據。
