目的　了解臨床護士的護理能力現狀及其影響因素，為護理人力資源管理提供參考依據。
方法　采用護理能力量表對某市8所二甲及其以上綜合醫院1 042名臨床注冊護士進行橫斷面調查。
結果　護理能力得分為73.99±9.81分；影響臨床護士護理能力的因素從大到小分別為專業興趣、工作年限、職位、學歷、醫院等級、參與教學活動和婚姻。
結論　臨床護士在維護和促進病患健康方面具備基本的護理能力，但尚待進一步提升其護理能力水平；管理者應針對不同個性特征護士的能力水平進行人力資源管理。
