“分配隱藏”很容易被誤解而被廣大臨床試驗實施者和論文作者所忽略，尤其是常將“分配隱藏”與盲法混淆。分配隱藏實質是產生隨機序列者和決定分配序別者不能參與納入受試者，也不宜參與以后的試驗過程，尤其不能參與結果的測量。本文通過實例介紹了正確的分配隱藏和盲法實施過程。最后，還舉例介紹了論文寫作中方法學的描述。
