目的　通過調查住院醫師對全球醫學教育最基本要求（GMER）的實用性評價，為GMER在我國的大規模應用提供有益信息。
方法　對四川大學華西醫院205名住院醫師進行問卷調查。
結果　住院醫師對GMER標準實用性評價普遍較高，但對“群體健康和衛生系統”領域的實用性評價最低。
結論　應增加社會環境對醫生運用GMER各領域能力或素質的要求，特別是運用“群體健康和衛生系統”領域知識的要求；建議調整醫生績效評價指標，加大實用性得分較低領域的考核權重；同時從在校教育階段注重培養醫學生宏觀微觀并重的思維能力，才能培養出掌握GMER核心能力的專業人員。
