10例巨大裂孔性視網膜脫離采用常規手術方法或聯合玻璃體切除與注氣治療，取得滿意效果。巨大裂孔視網膜脫離長伴有玻璃體及視網膜增殖，形成膜牽拉等特點。本文對其術前、術后處理；術中技巧和手術失敗原因進行了討論。 （中華眼底病雜志，1992，8：165-167）
