報告先天性瞳孔形態異常2例，1例女性20歲，雙眼均有2個不規則形狀的瞳孔，并有先天性虹膜晶體粘連．另1例男性24歲，為右側單眼裂隙狀瞳孔，并有先天性角膜白斑和周邊虹膜前粘連．這些先天性異常是否與胚胎時期眼部炎癥或生長發育因素有關，尚不確知． （中華眼底病雜志，1994，10：42-43）
