特發性息肉狀脈絡膜血管病變(idiopathic polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy, IPCV)是近年認識的一種與滲出型老年黃斑變性(age-related macular degeneration, AMD)表現較為相似的眼病，但兩種疾病在流行病學、病情轉歸、視力預后及治療等方面均有較大的不同。因此IPCV診斷及鑒別診斷具有較為重要的臨床意義。IPCV的吲哚青綠血管造影(indocyanine green angiography，ICGA)顯示有分支狀脈絡膜血管網及末梢的息肉狀血管擴張等特征性表現，為IPCV診斷與鑒別診斷提供了重要的依據。 (中華眼底病雜志, 2002, 18: 310-312)
