從1981年3月以來,采用皮瓣、肌皮瓣修復組織缺損及重建功能106例,116塊組織瓣、成活101例,完全失敗3例,部分壞死2例。經過隨訪,供區均無明顯功能障礙,但在接受游離植皮區,均有程度不同的色素沉著,21例有不同程度的瘢痕增生。
