應用5～7月正常孕婦引產的胎兒,在無菌條件下切取胎骨,經75％酒精常溫保存后用于臨床。用于治療骨缺損6例,骨折不愈合3例,做成骨釘作為內固定材料3例。成功10例,失敗2例。失敗原因為病變骨切除不夠徹底;骨吸收。有1例傷口感染,討論了胎骨移植的優點。
