應用絲綢布一期手術修復腹壁肌肉缺損獲得成功。本組7例中腹壁硬纖維瘤6例,腹壁切口疝1例。腹壁肌肉缺損面積最小8×8cm,最大12×12cm,平均9×9cm。術后隨訪1～9年無發生腹壁切口疝及任何不良反應。
