報道50例頭頸部腫瘤切除后,采用帶血管蒂島狀皮瓣、肌皮瓣轉移修復組織缺損重建部分功能。組織瓣成活率為96％。介紹了額瓣、胸鎖乳突肌皮瓣、舌骨下肌皮瓣、胸大肌皮瓣的手術方法,討論了各種組織瓣的適應證及優缺點以及選擇組織瓣的原則等。
