報道5例青少年股骨頭頸病損,切除病變后,采用帶腓骨頭的上段腓骨移植,加縫匠肌蒂髂骨瓣移植,重建髖關節功能5例,3例恢復了髖關節的運動功能,2例術后出現髖關節融合。詳細介紹了手術方法,討論了手術中應注意的問題。
