報道25例屈指肌腱損傷及腱鞘缺損,應用顯微外科技術,修復肌腱,并用帶蒂逆行筋膜瓣修復腱鞘缺損。對有肌腱及腱鞘同時缺損者,采用逆行筋膜蒂筋膜肌腱復合移植修復。經1～3年隨訪,TAM達到健側的85%以上,不需行粘連松解術。詳細介紹了手術方法及優點。
