患兒 男，1 歲6 個月。發現鼻部多一小孔入院。患兒出生時即發現鼻尖部左側有一小孔，小孔隨年齡增長無明顯增大，無流膿、流涕。既往史、個人史無特殊。家族中無類似疾病。檢查：一般情況好，無其他畸形。小孔直徑約0.5 cm，深約1.0 cm，孔內干凈，見粗大黑色鼻毛分布，無分泌物，用探針檢查，小孔與鼻腔不相通。診斷為先天性副鼻畸形（圖1 a）……
