摘要：結腸代食管的價值已被眾多學者肯定,但因該手術操作技術復雜,術后并發癥發生率高,一旦發生移植結腸段壞死,死亡率極高,故此手術未能廣泛開展.近年來,眾多文獻報道對此手術的技術革新,其并發癥和死亡率大大下降.因此,對結腸代食管術的適應證、手術技術、并發癥的防治以及術后生活質量的新近認識進行了綜述.
