目的 探討胸部電子計算機斷層掃描(CT)檢查對肺癌外科治療的臨床意義. 方法 選擇380例經手術治療的肺癌患者,將胸部X線片和胸部CT檢查結果與手術和病理檢查結果作對照分析. 結果 胸部CT對病變定位準確性優于胸部X線片,但定性診斷仍有一定限制.對縱隔淋巴結轉移的診斷準確性為84%,特異性為59%,敏感性為97%,陽性預測率為82%,陰性預測率為90%. 結論 胸部CT檢查對縱隔淋巴結轉移的評估優于胸部X線片,但對病灶定性仍有一定的局限性.
