目的 了解金屬蛋白酶組織抑制因子-1在肺癌發展過程中的作用。方法 術中取19例肺癌患者癌組織及正常肺組織，提取組織總核糖核酸(RNA)，用逆轉錄共擴增定量多聚酶鏈反應(PCR)方法測定金屬蛋白酶組織抑制因子-1基因表達水平。結果 肺癌組織金屬蛋白酶組織抑制因子-1基因表達水平明顯高于正常肺組織(P＜0.01)，肺癌患者金屬蛋白酶組織抑制因子-1基因表達水平與腫瘤大小呈負相關(r=-0.467，P＜0.05)；與腫瘤組織學類型無關。結論 金屬蛋白酶組織抑制因子-1在阻止肺癌的浸潤、轉移中可能起重要作用。
