摘要 為了克服目前臨床應用的人工心臟瓣膜在抗凝和衰壞方面的缺點，隨著組織工程學的發展，構建組織工程心臟瓣膜的研究已取得初步進展。綜述近年來組織工程心臟瓣膜在種植材料、種子細胞、動物實驗和基礎研究方面取得的進展，并探討組織工程心臟瓣膜的優越性和可行性。
