目的初步研究用磁共振彌散張量成像（MRDTI）技術顯示離體豬心心肌帶結構的可能性。方法以MRDTI技術為基礎，檢測5個成年離體豬心，在豬心離體后2h內使用25個方向的彌散張量成像（DTI）序列掃描心室部分，之后使用腦白質纖維束成像重建方式顯示心肌纖維的走行、分布和排列方式。結果 MRDTI可以清晰顯示離體1h心室肌纖維整體具有一定的連續性，在空間上螺旋、纏繞而形成左、右心室；左室壁的心肌纖維大體呈現心內膜下縱向排列、心肌中層斜行排列和心外膜下環行排列，這與心肌帶理論相符合。結論 MRDTI技術可以顯示離體心肌纖維的完整性和排列方式，并能部分地證實心肌帶理論的真實性
